Binadox does not correlate this information with data about individual users, nor does it share this information or sell it to any third party.

5. Browser Extension — SaaS Discovery & Usage Monitor

Binadox offers an optional browser extension called Binadox SaaS Discovery & Usage Monitor that helps organizations identify SaaS applications and Shadow IT used by their teams.

The extension detects visited website domain names and associated timestamps and securely sends this domain-level information to your organization’s Binadox workspace. It does not collect full URLs, page content, form entries, passwords, personal communications, or other sensitive data.

Depending on configuration by your organization, the extension may also process an organizational identifier (such as workspace ID) and a corporate user identifier to attribute usage.

Data collected through the extension is used solely to provide SaaS discovery and reporting within the Binadox platform. Binadox does not sell this information, use it for advertising, or apply it for purposes unrelated to SaaS discovery.

Where the extension is deployed by an organization, that organization is generally the data controller, and Binadox acts as a processor providing the SaaS visibility service.
