ClickUp Integration
This guide explains how to connect ClickUp to Binadox using a ClickUp personal API token. You will generate the token in your ClickUp profile settings and use it in Binadox to complete the connection.
Once connected, Binadox reads your ClickUp Workspace and member data, so you can track subscription costs, see how many seats are actually in use, and reclaim the ones that are not.
Note:
Generate the token under a Workspace owner or admin account. A personal API token returns only the data its owner can see. A token generated by a regular member or a guest returns a partial member list, and the connection will show incomplete user statistics.
Generate ClickUp API Token
Log into ClickUp. Click your profile icon in the top right corner and select Settings.
In the left menu, scroll to the Integrations & ClickApps section and click ClickUp API.

On the API tokens tab, find the API Token section. If you have not created a token before, click Generate. If a token already exists, click Regenerate to get a new one.
The token starts with pk_. You will need it to complete the setup in Binadox.
IMPORTANT:
ClickUp shows the full token only once, right after it is generated. After you leave the page or reload it, the token is masked and cannot be copied again. Copy the value immediately and store it in a safe place. Regenerating invalidates the current token. Any other integration that uses it stops working until you update the token there.

Complete Connection in Binadox
Log into your Binadox account.
In the navigation pane on the left, click SaaS Connections. Click on the ClickUp icon. To quickly locate ClickUp in the list of supported applications, type in its name in the search bar.
Create a unique connection name for further differentiation. Click Continue.
Enter the API Token you copied from ClickUp. Click Connect.
Upon successful authorization, the connection status will switch into Connected. The first data collection takes several minutes. After that, usage and license data appear in the Utilization Dashboard, License Manager, and User Details sections.
If the connection fails, check that the token was copied in full, including the pk_ prefix, and that it has not been regenerated in ClickUp since you copied it.
